Hello neighbors. There is a proposed new 8 unit townhome development planned for the SW corner of NE Couch and NE 53rd. The North Tabor Land Use committee has arranged a meeting with the developer for this upcoming Tuesday night December 27th at 6:30pm. The meeting will take place at New Heights Physical Therapy (5736 NE Glisan). The meeting is your opportunity to discuss the project with the developer and any comments need to be sent in to the city by December 30th. Please come and join the discussion.
