In response to community concerns about demolition and infill, project staff and the RIP Stakeholder Advisory Committee are exploring ways to adapt Portland’s single-dwelling zoning rules to meet the needs of current and future generations. Bureau of Planning staff will use the public input to refine proposals for City Council to consider in the fall.
