SEUL Grant
NTNA was awarded the SEUL grant to develop and present the Oregon Street Promenade Park concept. Michael will spearhead planning efforts for the charrette and block party.
Mandala
Max will lead the Mandala touchup effort
Comp Plan Update
Marty Stockton from BPS explained the most recent amendments to the comp plan, including a downzoning of the 60th AVE Station and the area around Commercial Refrigeration will remain RH.
Neighborhood Cleanup
The Neighborhood clean up is April 30th. Volunteers are needed at the event and to distribute the next issue of the North Tabor Note on April 2nd.
Land Use & Transportation
LU&T topics were not discussed due to the absence of the committee chair.
David Schor
The remainder of the meeting was spent in discussion with mayoral candidate David Schor.
