Agenda: Cathy Riddell requesting $2100 for the outreach mailing and yard signs. Attendees: Joshua Carey, Will Roberts, Cathy Riddell, Lisa Hersh, Sarah Mongue
Cathy Riddell got quotes back from the City of Portland print shop for the following items:
– Mailing and printing for 2800 addresses is $1350
– 30 18×24, 10 24×24 and 40 stands for a total of $644
– Total for project is $1994.00
Group talked about the different pots of money that could be used. There is $760 from SEUL Communication’s funds from 2016 and $760 from 2017 Communications funds. There is also $1000 in a Fiscal Sponsorship account with SEUL that needs to be used this year. The project documentation for the account requested that funds be used for outreach, so this project would qualify for the funds. These three pots of money comes to a total of $2400.
Sarah Mongue motioned and Lisa Hersh seconded the motion that $2100 be given to this project. Vote: All in Favor.
