Monthly Meeting
Date: Tuesday, November 21, 2017
Time: 6:30 – 8:00PM

NTNA General Meeting
Meeting called to order at 6:30PM.
Board Members present: Sarah Mongue, Sam Fuqua,Chuck Tubens, Joshua Carey, Robert Jordan, Dawn Madden, Emma Stocker, Patty Lackaff and Stephanie Kaza
Board Members absent: Lars Kasch, Lisa Hersh and Suzanne Gardner
Guest: Tom Thomas
Quorum @ 6:30PM
- Welcome and Introductions
- Everyone on went around the table and introduced themselves
II. Approval of Agenda
- Stephanie Kaza motioned to approve the agenda with no corrections, Robert Jordan seconded the motion. All approved.
III. Approval of October Minutes
- With corrections to the Friends of Tree announcement, Sam Fuqua motioned and Robert Jordan seconded. Vote: All aprpoved.
IV. Discuss and Approve Officers
- After discussion the following was agreed upon:
- Chair – Josh Carey
- Co-Chair – Chuck Tubbens
- Secretary – Sarah Mongue
- Treasurer – Dawn Madden
- Land Use/Transportation – Robert Jordan ( Sam Fuqua will support the committee)
- SEUL Rep – Emma Stocker
- Robert Jordan moved to vote on the above officers, Josh Carey seconded the motion. Vote: All Approved.
V. Goals for 2018
- After discussion the following items were prioritized for the next 6 months:
- Neighborhood Clean-up with Mt Tabor NT on April 28th, 2018
- Communications – website maintenance, NextDoor, Facebook, email lists and announcements
- Agenda structure/meeting plan for 2018
- Update By-laws
Tasks to report back at next meeting:
- Patty Lackaff will contact Mt Tabor NT about what we need to be doing for the clean-up
- Robert Jordan will talk with Candace and Cathy Riddell about the website, Facebook, NextDoor, etc.
- Josh Carey will get the NTNA By-Laws up on Google Drive, so folks can start reading through them and we can start to discuss what needs to be updated.
