NTNA General Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 6:30P
Board members present – Sarah Mongue, Patty Lackaff, Chuck Tubens, Suzanne Gardner, Emma Stocker, Robert Jordan and Josh Carey
Visitors – Gabriella Gardner, Juli Miller, Mike Downing, Linda Engels, David Beck, Keith Dechant, Jessamyn Wesley and Dula Baker
Approval of Agenda –
– A motion to add Nathan and Daniel from Community of Christ Church to the agenda. Suzanne Gardner motioned and Robert Jordan seconded the motion. All approved.
– Just a reminder that the National Night Out Swap at Community Christ Church will be August 4th, 2018 from 10AM to 4PM, Church activities from 8AM to 8PM. Bring your stuff to sell. Community partners will have booths, etc. Daniel Rose – Drose@cofchrist-gpnw.org
Emergancy Prep by Linda Bellerby –

– Make sure to be prepared to be on your own for two weeks when planning your kit. Things to include: food, water, alternative shelter, first aid kit, sanitation, legal documents, evacuation and pets.

Approval of April and May meeting minutes –
– Emma Stocker motioned to approve April and May minutes with no corrections, Patty Lackaff seconded the motion. All approved.
Treasury Report –
– Dawn Madden will be stepping down from Treasure position. Will talk about replacement in July. – Had a budget brainstorm meeting June 19th, 2018. Looked over the worksheet presented. – Emma Stocker requested that the post card expenses be broke out per line instead of a single line item. Suzanne Gardner will make the correction and will talk more in July.
Land Use and Transportation –
– Major construction and paving will be happening starting in July. I-5 and I-84 will be impacted.
– There will be Division Street kick outs and reconfiguration will be discussed at PCC community meeting soon.
– Tri-Met is planning on running light rail to Tualatin.
– Brooklyn bike way
– SEUL is having their 50th Anniversary celebration July 26th
