Board Members present: Sarah Mongue, Chuck Tubens, Robert Jordan,Lars Kasch, Zach Michaud, Stephanie Kaza, Lisa , Patty Lackaff and Keith Dechant
Board Members absent: Sam Fuqua and Suzanne Gardner

I. Call to Order and Introductions (Robert):
– Board members only
II. Call for Amendments to the Agenda (Robert):
– Lars motioned, Stephanie seconded
– All approved
III. Approval of February meeting minutes (Robert):
Combin two land use sections. Change December to February.
– With corrections Zach motioned, Lars seconded
– Obstained – Patty
IV. SEUL Update (Stephanie):
– 2nd Phase of Social Justice training
– Grant awards where announced. We did not get a grant.
– More citizen art projects where approved
V. Treasurer Report (Patty):
– $3325.59
– After $650 for murual, $100 to Friends of Trees, $150 to Church
– Keith brought up for payment for web hosting $115
VI. Land Use/Transportation Report (Lisa/Lars):
– Guest speaker biking is everything – Bikers need rules of the road training
– Community Alliance of Tenants bill passed
– 82nd urban corridor want to move ODOT to PBOT
– Bureau of Planning came and presented about what builderings should look like
– DOZA Design Overlay
VII. Clean-up Progress Report (Patty/Sarah):
– Clean Up Flyer
– Print on colored paper – Lisa will print at work.
– Final flyer design by 22nd
– Print by March 29th
– Distribute by April 8th
VIII. Mandala Project (Zach):
– Zach showed us 9 designs that he showed us that the group came up with.
– March 28th – choose designs/drafts
– April 8th – Design to city
IX. Communications Report (Keith):
– Web Hosting due $115
– Mail list for Board, Communications, Secretary, Treasure, Land Use, etc are pretty good. Forward issues to Keith.
X. Flyer Distribution Assignments (Robert):

– Flyers will be stored on Robert's porch – 302 NE 57th Ave
