Board Members absence: Robert Jordan, Lars Kasch, and Kim Kasch
Guest: Susan Boyd, Ira Cohen, Debra Monzon, Bill and Robert Pile

IV. Approval of the December meeting minutes (Chuck):
- Stephanie motioned, Patty seconds
- All approved, Sam abstained
V. Treasurer Report (Patty):
- After donations we have $3849.95
VI. Special Guest Speaker:
- Debra Monzon – Thorburn St Alliance
- Intersection realignment of Pine St and Thorburn St the city is ready to do this. Alliance is wanting to add crosswalk to this design. There is money from the Alliance to pay for the cross walks.
- Community stairs from SE Ash and Thorburn St – cross walk for access
- Looking for an endorsement from the NTNA
- Sam Fuqua motioned to endorse the sidewalk crossing at SE Ash and Thorburn St. Lisa Maddocks seconded. All approved.
- 52nd and Burnside Development Robert Pile HOMA Inc.
- HOMA Inc does urban infill modern design homes.
- 52nd and Burnside NW corner home borded up.
- 18 Townhomes 2 or 3 bedroom (1100 – 1200sq)
- $400-$500K price range
- Break ground around August 2020 – 14-18 months for development
- Two stories from Burnside elevation
VII. SEUL Report (Stephanie):
- New executive director LeRoy ? (from Spokane)
- More transparent organization
- Testimony around the code change 3.09 for the role of neighborhood associations – Suzanne presented a written testimony by Stephanie
VIII. Land Use/Transportation Report (Lisa/Lars):
- No meeting this month due to the MLK Jr Holiday
- 60th and Burnside 6PM @ Providence House February 4th
- Portland Planning and Sustainability Commission January 28th 5-8PM at City Hall
IX. Communications Report (Keith):
- Mail Chimp group has been set up
- Divide the web site and social media between Kim and Keith
- Web hosting bill coming up in March. $150.00
X. Projects for 2020:
- Clean-up April 18th, 2020
- SE Police Chief to speak in March
- Crow Census Project Presentation
