Monthly Meeting

Board Members present: Sarah Mongue, Chuck Tubens, Keith Dechad, Sam Fuqua, Robert Jordan, Stephanie Kaza, Lars Kasch
Board Members absence: Kim Kasch, Lisa Maddocks, Suzanne Gardner, Patty Lackoff
Guest: Katie McRae, Angelica Martines and Miquel Sanchez

III. Introductions:
- Went around the room and introduced
IV. Approval of the January meeting minutes (Chuck):
- Stephanie motioned, Chuck seconds
- All approved, Robert abstained
V. Treasurer Report (Patty):
- After donations we have $3849.95
- Web Hosting $154.00 Keith and Patty will get this paid.
VI. SEUL Update (Stephanie):
- LeRoy Eadie – new Director
- On top of financial issues
- Work on Houseless/Homeless issue. Making the basement a warming shelter – opposed by the neighborhood
- Rose Lane Development on Division St
- NA’s hosting candiate forums
- Executive Committee is organized and becoming transparent
VII. Land Use/Transportation Report (Lisa/Lars):
- No report
- Rose Lane Division St
VIII. Communications Report (Keith):
- $154.00 pay hosting
- Work with Patty to make this happen
- PBOT email list – make sure that NTNA Board is signed up
- Keith and Kim report back to board about a Blog or something that can communicate with the neighborhood
X. Development at 60th and Burnside
- Two buildings 29 units and 42 units
- Vacancy tax?
- Architect/Developer will have another community meeting
- Cars to go
- Commercial Space
- Intersection needs to be redeveloped
XI. Clean-Up Discussion
- Mt Tabor NA meeting 2/18/2020 7PM
New Business:
- Mandala paint has warn off (repaint?)
- Banner replacement. Contact Monteville Business District to find out where they had them done.
