Monthly Meeting

Board Members present: Sarah Mongue, Chuck Tubens, Robert Jordan, Lisa Maddocks, Patty Lackoff, Keith, Kim Kasch and Lars Kasch,
Board Members absence: Suzanne Gardner and Sam Fuqua
Guest: Sharon Nobby, Arlo Manion and Mike (Green Hammer), Robert Pyle

Went around the parking lot and did introductions
IV. Approval of the February meeting minutes (Robert):

V. Treasurer Report (Patty):
- $3, 696.53
VI. SEUL Update (Stephanie):
- Sent update about last meeting. See attachment.
VII. Land Use/Transportation Report (Lisa/Lars):
- Tiny home building project for the homeless (temporary housing)
- Sandra from C3PO Portland reported about the three small villages with sanitation for homeless
VIII. Communications Report (Keith):
- Kim and Keith will figure out our social media
X. Development at 52nd and Burnside
- Robert Pyle is the owner
- Green Hammer design build
- Missing middle – right size of house for in fill
- HOMMA Group the developer
- Green building
- Lots of material coming in and out of the job site. Working with trade partners to limit the impact to parking in the neighbor.
- 12 months of construction
- 1200sq two story townhomes – $2500-$2700 a month
- Will be reaching out to the neighbors about construction and matters surrounding the construction
