Board Members absence: Sam Fuqua, Kim and Lars Kasch

I. Call to Order and Introductions (Robert):
- Robert called to order at 6:35PM
II. Approve Agenda (Robert):
- Lisa motioned, Patty moved
- All approved
III. Introductions
- Went around the room
IV. Approval of August Meeting (Robert):
- Suzanne motioned with corrections, Lisa moved
- All approved
V. Treasurer Report (Patty):
- $2846.50; Donated to the following:
- $200 Friends of Mt Tabor
- $300 Community of Christ
- $300 Grace Covenant Church
- $200 NorthStar
VI. SEUL Update (Stephanie):
- None at this time
VII. Communications Report (Keith):
- 100 email list
- $747 Communications Funds need to be spent by September 30th
- Sign up for a Zoom account $129 year – Keith
- Pay for Facebook advertisements – Keith
- Post meeting info on election – Keith
- New signs with Zoom link
- Robert motioned for Suzanne with coordination with Keith to purchase new banners, signs, Facebook Ad’s, etc. $500; Lisa seconds motion – All approved
VIII. Land Use/Transportation (Lars/Lisa):
- Meeting is next week (third Monday of the month)
IIX. Election/Publicity/Recruitment (Robert):
- Election can be done by Zoom – keep it open 24 hours for a paper ballot
- Keith to advertise the election
- Email our list – Keith
- Advertise on Next Door, NTNA Web Site, Facebook, etc.
- Potential meeting place at A&L Tavern and Community Christ Church with internet access to have another place to participate in the Zoom meeting.
