- Went around the zoom meeting and introduced ourselves
IV. Approval of October Meeting Minutes(Robert):
- Stephanie Kaza moves, Lisa Maddocks seconded
- All approved
V. Election of New Board Officers
- Co-Chair – CJ Alicandro
- Co-Chair – Greg Scott
- Secretary – Sarah Mongue
- Treasure – Patty Lockaff
- Communications – Keith Dechant, Kim Kasch
- SEUL – Stepahnie Kaza
- Transportation/Land Use – Lars Kasch and Lisa Maddocks
- Events/Program Lead –
- Robert motioned to remove the co-chair position and appoint CJ and Greg for co-chairs
- All approved
VI. Treasure Report (Patty)
- $390 reimbursed from SEUL
- $2,436.50 in the bank
VII. SEUL Update (Stephanie):
- Two new hires
- Got a full funding from the city
- Went over the SEUL resources on their web sites
VIII. Communications Report (Keith):
- Looking for folks who want to write for our social media accounts; blog posts
- CJ will be our Zoom meeting back up for Ketih
- Need someone to write about our meetings in the SE Examiner
- We get communications funds from SEUL to do some things
XI. Land Use and Transportation (Lars/Lisa):
- Kevin Bond Interim Laisson from the Bureau of City Planning was introduced to the group
- I5 Rose Quarter project was presented:

- Open Houses will be forthcoming on this project
- Anyone can attend – third Monday of the month. Zoom meeting.
XII. New Business:
- Parking west of Providence – Maria Coffey
- 44th to 47th Glisan St to Oregon St no parking 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday. Resident parking permits for this area.
