Monthly Meeting

Board Members absent: Greg Scott, CJ Alicandro, Kim and Lars Kasch

I. Call to Order
— Robert called to order at 6:35PM.
II. Introductions
— Went around and introduced ourselves. Three guests.
III. Agenda for September – Approval
IV. Approval of August Meeting Minutes
– Robert motioned, Stephanie moved and Ross seconded
– All approved
V. Treasure Report (Patty)
— $3033.98 now in the bank
– After board elections, signatures need to changed in November
VI. LUTC (Lisa and Lars) –

VII. SEUL
- Leadership change coming October
- Board Facilitator will be a new position
- CJ will be attending next months meeting
VIII. Communications (Keith, Jules)
- Keith is stepping down next month.
- Zoom account will be up for renewal.
- Jules needs help on the newsletter.
- Invest in MailChimp. A good ROI. Monthly subscription.
- WordPress subscription. Can use pop-up ads.
- Facebook Ads.
- Robert moves to approve $700 worth of communication/web subscriptions – Sarah motions and Suzanne seconds. All approved. Keith and Jules please coordinate with Patty to use the debit card.
IX. New Business
- Elections in October. New board in November. CJ could SEUL Rep/Zoom and Greg Scott to chair – thoughts by Sarah.
- SOLV clean-up for the neighborhood – future Board to think about doing in the Fall.
