Monthly Meeting

Board Members present: Robert Jordan, Patty Lackaff, Keith Dechant, Sarah Mongue, Jules Unger, Greg Scott, CJ Alicandro, Kim and Lars Kasch, Ross Hiner

Board Members absent: Suzanne Gardner, Stephanie Kaza, Lisa Maddocks

Guests: Leah Fisher (SE Uplift), Sal Reda, Nanci Champlin (New Executive Director), Jarrin Benson

I. Call to Order

  • CJ called to order at 6:31PM

II. Introductions

  • Went around the Zoom meeting and introduced ourselves.

III. Agenda for September – Approval

IV. Approval of September Meeting Minutes

  • CJ moved, Robert motioned and Patty seconded
  • All approved

V. Treasure Report (Patty)

  • After Zoom account renewal ($149) we have $2,884.08

VI.  Communications (Keith, Jules)

  • Renewed Zoom subscription – 1 year. Automatic renewal.

–        One agenda item I have is the handoff of all the website and communications tasks when I leave the board at the end of this term. These include:

  1. Posting content to the website (Meeting announcements, minutes, other stuff)
  2. Posting meeting announcements to Facebook and NextDoor
  3. Hosting the Zoom meetings (including recording)
  4. Uploading the meeting video to YouTube (though no one really watches them, so I'm not sure if it's worth it to keep doing this.)
  5. Managing the MailChimp mailing list
  • Jules and CJ will work with Keith to hand off for the interim.
  • Keith please send the receipt to Patty for the Zoom subscription.
