V. Treasure Report (Patty)
– HostPapa was paid by Sarah and will be reimbursed by Patty.
– Jules will get with Patty for expenses approved in October.
VI. SEUL Update – (CJ)
– Changing the charter about electing officers from Neighborhood Associations – Competitive grants – funds for NA
– Officer elections
VII. Communications (Jules)
– Keith can put together an excel spreadsheet with all of our credentials and upload that to our Google drive with restrictive access.
– Sarah can upload all the meeting minutes from past meetings
– Jules will get access to WordPress and Facebook for Sarah and Kim – Kim and Sarah give Jules your Facebook username and email
– Jules would like images for newsletter and etc – Suzanne
– Sarah will update our contact information and send it out to the Board.
– Sarah will set up a meeting after Thanksgiving with Jules, Suzanne, Kim, Ross and Patty to discuss what needs to be done on the web site, Facebook, Nextdoor, etc.

– Lisa Maddocks (lisamaddocks5@gmail.com) – Land Use/Transportation – Robert moved that above bolded folks be elected to board positions, Suzanne and Kim seconded. Unanimous vote
– Jules and Lisa will serve as Communications and Land Use/Transportation reps .
– Hard Hat tour of new project at 52nd and E Burnside – Green Hammer Builder. Patty can ask the builder/Robert Pyle for two dates and then Suzanne can send out a doodle poll.
Fresh Produce/Farmers Marketplace – Trang Shanbaugh – Connect local farms and producers to local people to purchase items. Web site: www.masafresh.com
– Kim Bandy will attend the SEUL with CJ and feel out the meeting and see if she would like to represent NTNA.
