VI. SEUL Update – (Kim)
- Presentation on the 74th and Glisan development

- Looking for community feedback right now – reaching out to the neighborhood about art, culture and green space.
- Liaison Program – training opportunity for NA’s
- Robert motions, Patty seconds to nominate Kim Bandy to be the official Liaison with the option of being a member of the SEUL board/budget committee once approved. Kim submitted an application for the budget committee for SEUL.

VII. Communications (Jules and Sarah)
- Looking for items for the newsletter.
- Sarah will work with Jules on becoming back up on sending out the newsletter.
VIII. New Business
- Review NTNA bylaws for new officers and board members.
- Change to 2 year term with staggering elections
- Move elections to April/May/June (talk with SEUL about moving)
- City Charter Commission. Possible speaker for March/April/May?

- 53rd/54th and Glisan St – no ground breaking yet. 4 story mixed use – 33 units at market rate and affordable units.
- 64th and Burnside – sign down of developer. Stalled.
