1. Welcome and Introductions

2. Approval of September 20, 2022 Meeting Minutes
- Robert Motions, and Lars seconds to approve minutes as presented. All approved.
3. Treasurer's Report
- $2598.53
- Paid MailChimp and Zoom membership
4. Communications Update – Sarah and Ross
- Ross did the update for this week's meeting – Thanks
- Sarah will post the last two months of meeting minutes
5. SEUL Neighborhood Association 101 – Alex Cherin
- Made up of 20 NA’s, 2 Business Districts, 7 Non-Profit Organizations, 7 At Large Members

- Community of Small Grants

- IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) Communications Grants
5a. SEUL Update – Kim
- Talked about conflict of interest with being members of multiple boards
- Kim will see about sharing the presentation for us to review
- Went over the new form of government that will be voted on November 4th – rank choice voting – YouTube link for "Rank Choice Voting" proposed in the upcoming charter reform: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ypXsd-E7dw
6. Land Use and Transportation
- I-5 Project presentation canceled
- 26th and Powell intersection – letter. See Community Safety Solidarity Letter from SEUL.

- Alex Cherin sent out a ballot that will be opened for 24 hours. Ross will let us know the results.

7. New Business
- Involvement needs to increase and membership
- Go back to in person meetings – couple of times a year – maybe quarterly
- We have lots of new home units and we need to outreach to those folks
- Printed newsletter
- Sarah will need coverage at the December 20th meeting for note taking.
- Review our monthly meeting calendar and review where they land near holidays. Discuss if we need to move or cancel meetings. – Sarah will look into this.
