  • 1 minor injury happened – woman tripped over the curb or planter curb in the parking lot – better signage and caution tape along the medium in the middle.
  • First Aid kits and ice packs for next year.
  • Thank you to QFC and Kimbra will send a Thank you card to Unity Church with a donation.
  • Kimbra motions to make a donation of $250 to Unity Church, Lisa seconds.
  • Motion approved.
  • Finances of Clean-up – see attached document. Gail and Ross will reconcile the finances.
  • 6:55 Tim and and Andrea Lehman – About development 57th and Flanders St (32 units)
  • About 400 units within 5 blocks within the NTNA catch area.
  • Sending a letter to Portland Government Leadership with concerns with the impact of our neighborhood and how development is not spread out throughout the city.
  • Focusing on safety
  • Affordable housing for families – lots of studio and 1 bedroom apartments.
  • Maybe create a subcommittee to discuss this topic or to handle these types of issues
