- No response as of yet from the letter, that was sent on 7/30/2024.
- Ross is going to ping Manchu about feedback on the letter.
- 58th and Everett Developer – 6 unit condo’s. Planning to complete in 6 months
- Follow-up with PBOT on requesting traffic studies on 58th and Davis and Everett
- 7:05 Potential Candidate Forum with Mt Tabor NA
- Initial ideas: Tabor Neighbors (North T, Mt T, South T, Montavilla ?) Candidates Forum.
- When? – TBD October
- Possible Funding?
- Where? – Tabor Space or Mt Tabor Park
- Who? – Invite all District 3 candidates (Possible 20 candidates)
- How? – All candidates have a 2 minute opening remark. Solicit questions via online form prior to the date to ask to Candidates. Curate a number of questions to ask all candidates based on community feedback (30 second responses), Candidate closing remarks (1 minute). Followed by an open meet and greet, mingle amongst community and candidates.
- Send a list of questions for candidates to answer. The same questions?
- Liveability, Safety and ?
- Or survey the neighborhood on what three items are important to our community. Then direct questions around those three common concerns?
- September 5th – District 3 open house and mixer with SEUL
- September 19th – Forum with candidates on public transportation with SEUL
- October 11 @ 5:30-8:30 – Forum with candidates on Housing and Homelessness with SEUL (PCC SE Mt Tabor Hall, 2305 SE 82nd Ave)

- Proposing a rezoning study to Land Use and Transportation for the eastside – more equitable and not just impacting certain neighborhoods – Portland Neighbors Welcome – Inter Eastside for All. Reexamine zoning on the eastside.
- 8/28 at City Council will consider this request – possible.

- Block Parties 8/25 and 9/14 (63rd and Oregon St Pocket)
- 68th and Everett – RV and cars have been removed. They were stolen cars.
- 58th and 57th Everett – abandoned car. Needs to be moved.
