First a 4 plex, then a sky sucking high rise, then, a bunch of high end snobby shops and soon the retro charm of our entire area on Glisan is gone with the wind, like on S.E Division Did I forget to mention the increase in traffic, spike in rent, and the piece de resistance’, fewer places to park, which brings about parking meters. I am against it because I know what developers have done in other Portland neighborhoods, and it hasn’t been shown to benefit those residents who must adapt to the new order of things
