Many of the provisions were in place when the North Tabor News was being published. Since we’ve switched to the more nimble North Tabor Note, I stated that I don’t think we need the formalized requirements in Article X and I recommended removing the section.
As other business has required our attention, we haven’t advanced beyond that preliminary discussion of bylaw changes.
